These Terms and Conditions govern use of the Jacklin.ai website, previews, customer accounts, and website contact widgets provided by Jacklin AI, a Georgia limited liability company.
Use of the Service
Jacklin.ai provides website contact handoffs, optional lead capture, email notification, analytics, and lightweight CRM tools for local service businesses. Native text, phone, email, and booking actions continue in systems selected by the business.
Consent to Contact
By submitting a Capture request, the submitter authorizes the contacted business and Jacklin.ai to contact them by phone, text message, or email about that request. Opening a native contact action does not transmit message contents to Jacklin.ai. Consent is not a condition of purchasing goods or services. Message and data rates may apply.
No Emergency Guarantee
Jacklin.ai helps route requests quickly, but it does not guarantee response time, technician availability, service outcome, or emergency dispatch. For life-safety emergencies, users should contact emergency services directly.
Business Responsibility
Businesses using Jacklin.ai are responsible for their own services, communications, compliance obligations, customer relationships, pricing, and follow-up actions.
Subscriptions and Billing
Jacklin.ai offers one monthly subscription for the complete product. Current pricing and any optional one-time setup service are shown before checkout. Account owners can review and manage an active subscription through the secure billing portal in their dashboard.
Limitation
The service is provided as a software tool. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Jacklin.ai is not liable for missed messages, delivery failures, delays, lost opportunities, or third-party service interruptions.
