Information We Collect

We may collect contact details submitted through a Jacklin.ai form, including name, phone number, email address if provided, service address, request details, consent status, timestamps, notes, and related audit-history records.

How We Use Information

We use submitted information to notify the applicable business or its configured CRM intake address, maintain lead history, improve the service, prevent abuse, and support operational troubleshooting.

Website and Widget Analytics

On pages where the Jacklin.ai widget script is installed, we may measure page loads, widget interactions, native contact handoff starts, form progress, successful submissions, referring page, campaign parameters, page title, general device category, and timestamps. A handoff event means a visitor started an action; it does not confirm that a message was sent, a call was answered, or a booking was completed.

Jacklin.ai uses a random first-party identifier stored in local browser storage to estimate unique visitors and a per-tab session identifier stored in session storage. We do not use raw IP addresses or cross-site fingerprinting to identify website visitors. The widget does not send analytics events when the browser Do Not Track setting is enabled.

On Jacklin.ai's public website, optional analytics technologies are disabled until a visitor chooses “Accept analytics.” A visitor may instead choose “Essential only” and can reopen Privacy Choices from the website footer at any time. Essential storage used for security, authentication, and requested product features does not depend on that analytics choice.

For personalized Jacklin.ai sales previews, we may also record whether a preview link came from an email, a shared link, a referral, or a direct visit; estimate device category and repeat visits; and retain coarse city, region, or country information supplied by our hosting provider. Raw IP addresses are not retained for new sales-preview visits, and anonymous preview activity is not presented as an identified person unless that visitor later submits information or signs up.

Calls, Texts, and Emails

In Direct Connect mode, Jacklin.ai opens the visitor's native phone, messaging, or email application, or the business's booking page. The resulting conversation happens directly between the visitor and the business, and Jacklin.ai does not receive its contents. When a visitor submits a Capture form, the submitter agrees that the contacted business and Jacklin.ai may contact them about that request. Message and data rates may apply.

Service Providers

We may use contracted service providers for hosting, data storage, analytics, and email delivery to operate the platform and deliver captured-lead notifications.

Retention and Security

We retain information for as long as reasonably needed to provide the service, maintain business and consent records, prevent abuse, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. Retention periods vary by record type and customer instructions. We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.

Your Choices

You can decline optional public-site analytics or change that choice through Privacy Choices in the website footer. Marketing and sales emails include a way to stop future marketing email. To ask about access, correction, deletion, or another privacy request, email support@jacklin.ai. We may need to verify the request and may retain information when required or permitted by law.

Children

Jacklin.ai is a business service and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through the service.
